Port Stephens Council are requesting feedback in regards to the trial of the Shoal Bay Parklets. They will be running the survey for the duration of the Parklets trial. It’s really important for them to get the full range of views to help make an informed decision – the more responses the better.

Whilst the Association is appreciative of the foreshore upgrade, are very disappointed with the amenities block. The facility has fewer toilets than its predecessor built in the 1950s, with no changing rooms, no drainage system for the showers and many other problems (see map and picture below). The Committee is still negotiating how the faclity can be improved.
