Tomaree Coastal Walk Update

Have Your Say Extended to 30 September 2019

As hopefully you may already know by now, the public exhibition of the Tomaree National Park Plan of Management Draft Amendment and Draft Coastal Walk Strategy has been extended until 30 September 2019, to provide more time for people to review and provide comment on the proposals. A copy of the draft plans can be viewed online at https://www.engage.environment.nsw.gov.au/consult

In addition to the extension, the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is also holding a community information ‘drop-in’ session to provide local residents and other interested people with an opportunity to review and discuss the draft plans with NPWS staff.

This will be held on Wednesday 25 September 2019 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Tomaree Library and Community Centre (Waratah Room), Salamander Bay.

People are invited to ‘drop-in’ at any time during the session, to discuss the proposals over a cuppa with staff. Everyone will also be encouraged to submit their feedback for consideration through the formal submission process.
