Draft for public exhibition
November 2023 – This document is for public exhibition purposes and is expected to change with community feedback received.
The Draft Shoal Bay Place Plan will be on public exhibition from the 29th January 2024 to the 25th February 2024. Submissions are invited from members of the public during that time and are to be sent to Port Stephens Council.
The Shoal Bay Community Association will be lodging a submission after a meeting of members.
