Hi Peter,
Thank you for your email and the related background information and correspondence, much appreciated.
You are correct, we are at the stage the new group homes are nearing completion for the remaining residents to be relocated to their new homes. I can ensure you that I have in place the ongoing maintenance of the lawns and ground, building maintenance and security in readiness. The site will be maintained to an acceptable level of condition.
You may be aware, Tomaree Lodge was subject to damage to sheds by a landslide and internal road damage by flooding due to the recent storm activity late last month. We are in the process of making safe and rectifying the minor damage.
I would like to acknowledge that no decisions have been made and we are in early stages of understanding the condition of the site following the residents moving out. I anticipate that I will be in a position to meet with you in the coming months to discuss the transition and way forward.
Regards Craig
